I work with small business owners and entrepreneurs who want clear, organized finances without feeling overwhelmed. Most of my clients are service-based businesses, creatives, and growing companies who want reliable bookkeeping and peace of mind.
2. What bookkeeping services do you offer?
I provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, clean-up, and set-up services. This includes transaction categorization, bank reconciliations, financial reports, and ongoing support to help you understand where your business stands financially.
3. Do you work with businesses outside of my state?
Yes. I work with clients remotely, so as long as you’re based in the U.S., location is not an issue.
4. What software do you use?
I exclusively work with QuickBooks Online. This allows me to provide consistent, efficient, and accurate bookkeeping for my clients. If you’re not currently using QuickBooks Online, we can discuss getting you set up during your consultation.
5. How do I know which service I need?
That’s exactly what the consultation is for. During our call, we’ll talk through your business, your current books, and your goals so I can recommend the service that makes the most sense for you.
6. How much do your services cost?
Pricing is based on your business size, transaction volume, and overall workload. My standard monthly bookkeeping rate starts at $850, which covers the majority of businesses I work with. Businesses with higher volume or more complex needs may require additional support. During your consultation, I’ll review your books and provide a clear, customized quote.
7. How often will we communicate?
Ongoing clients receive regular check-ins and support as needed. Communication is handled primarily through email, with scheduled calls when necessary.
8. Will you handle my taxes?
I do not prepare or file taxes. However, I work alongside your CPA or tax professional and ensure your books are accurate and ready for tax season.
9. How long does it take to get started?
After your consultation and onboarding, most clients are fully set up within 1–2 weeks, depending on the condition of the books and the service selected.
10. Is my financial information secure?
Yes. Client confidentiality and data security are extremely important. I use secure systems and best practices to protect your financial information at all times.
11. What happens after I book a consultation?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, along with a short questionnaire so I can review your situation before our call. This helps us make the most of our time together.
